St. Bridget's has a simplified process for requesting documents. Here is how it works:

You may apply online or use a paper form.

The online option costs LESS than the paper application.

Either way, the COST of the service is determined by the time YOU give before the request is due. The more time you allow for your request to be completed, the cheaper the cost of the service.

BEFORE you fill the form, remember to gather relevant biodata as well as details like your name (as a student), year of graduation, exact document required, contact details of potential recipients (in the case of transcripts), etc. Providing CORRECT details will greatly facilitate the process.

NOTE: We do NOT send transcripts to individuals. We ONLY send transcripts to educational institutions or relevant organizations. Make sure you gather the relevant details for DIRECT transmission to the relevant organization BEFORE completing the request form.
